Dr.Saisanit's Goal Setting Philosophy

Goal setting is a way to keep us focused and moving in the right direction. It doesn't matter what your past achievements are, how well you are doing financially and professionally, or what your age is. This is especially true in the case of Dr. Boonlert Saisanit from Bangkok, Thailand.

Dr. Saisanit shares with us his application of goal setting practice throughout his life and how it has impacted him throughout the years. He also shares his philosophy to life as well as the techniques that he uses for success.





My name is Dr. Boonlert Saisanit, I have a lot of life experiences from my teenage years till old age, but I never think old, I always think young. I work as a Hypnotherapist, Counselor and Therapist, and to me, my health is the most important. I do regular exercises in order to be strong in mind and body. I use NLP to create the Power of Mind to heal my body and other people.

I set my goals and I keep on working toward my goals, never stop on the way or change the way, till I reach my goals successfully. In addition, I use visualization and imagination to help me to achieve my goals and I get what I want.

Even now at the age 74, I am still working full time on hypnotherapy and counseling, helping people from different countries get well before they return to their homeland.
