Practicing happiness affirmations is perhaps more important than others because we normally don’t put so much emphasis on being happy. It’s all about making money, getting things, achieving etc. Happiness seems to take a back seat when compared against these.

More often than not, we don’t see much happiness in many people’s lives. It’s not so much down wto the fact that there aren’t things to be happy about, there are. It’s just we don’t usually notice it. People tend to like to focus on the negatives more than the positives. How many among us deliberately take the time to think about the things that make us happy and be grateful about it.

Here are some happiness affirmations ;

There are many things in my life to be happy about, I just need to notice them more. (this will make you more aware and deliberately look for the positive things in your life)

Everyday in every way I am getting happier and happier

Being happy is my birthright. I choose and deserve to be happy!!

Being happy comes from within & not from external things

Happiness follows me everywhere and permeates my being

The happiness in my life manifests itself in my personal well-being

Happiness, depends on ourselves (Aristotle)

I am filled with happiness that I spread joy everywhere I go

I love myself and my life, and that makes me happy

There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way (Buddha)

I am happy to be alive!!

Everyday I experience unlimited happiness!

I feel happy easily and naturally!

I create the happiness in my life!



Final thoughts….

Use whichever affirmation that you feel comfortable with or whichever feels suitable. You don’t need to stick to just one and can use numerous affirmations together. As long as the affirmation message is consistent (which shouldn’t be a problem here).

Practice these affirmations at least twice a day (upon waking up, and before going to sleep) for 30 consecutive days. Consistency breeds results. In addition, whenever you experience happiness during the day, say out the affirmation. This reinforces the affirmation even more because instead of just affirming, you are also experiencing proof of that you are happy. This makes it more believable to your brain.
